Loved this. I always felt that Gibbs didn't really try and get Tony back. Not like he did Ziva who was't even a real member of his team much less an NCIS agent. Really it sounded like Vance would much rather never have brought Ziva back and he would have been happy keeping McGee down in cybercrimes where he could do his best work.
