Oh My God! That was an amazing story!Every single chapter was wonderful...It is one of my favorite Gibbs/Dinozzo stories.

Nice end to an enjoyable story. Being a Brit I'm not familiar with US law in any shape or firm, however, I can certainly imagine British Govt. SOPs working that way with an important figure going off their rocker. Hope you'll be entertaining us soon with a new story
