another good one....though, i think there ALOT of holding back on BOTH sides....and until they can be TOTALLY honest, nothing will be fixed....it was a GOOD start.....gibbs needs to understand that his actions, could be taken the wrong way....just like his "you'll do", when he left the team to tony.....not that he ever showed much respect to tony in front of those 2 fools any ways. anyways, looking forward to more. alisa
