I have read this several times and I would love to see more along these lines. You can't leave Abby out. After all we have all seen how she bullies people, especially Tim to get her own way. Or how she lies to Gibbs all the time by leaving out what she did and only telling him half truths to stay out of trouble. Remember how she let her stalker into Tim's apt and then blamed him for almost getting hurt? HOw she brings on the tears to stay out of trouble and claim she didn't know what she was doing and didn't mean to hurt anyone. Like it was her idea on the fake photo of Tony her and Kate photo shopped and threatened to post it on the internet to get their own way. If you really think about the show you will find that Abby, Kate and Ziva are all alike in many ways. They were all selfcentered and manipulative and only cared about their wants and needs and all were very good at minipulating Gibbs and Ducky.
