Kate, Gibbs, Tony and McGee were standing in the squad room crowded around the plasma. They were looking at photographs of a Strip Club. It was the main point of interest after a petty office was found dead after visiting the club. The FBI has been watching the place for a month trying to crack down on a drug dealer. They are lead to believe that it was one the girls and with young sailors making port and looking for a good time, they would be primary targets for drug overdoses. They were all trying to figure out a way to get inside and the only idea was to get someone working in there, which Gibbs had dismissed almost immediately.
“ I’ll do it” Kate finally said. She had been pondering the idea ever since Tony suggested it. It was the only way and they all knew it, just didn’t want to admit it. She tried to ignore the stare that Gibbs gave her. She read it loud and clear. He didn’t want her anywhere near that place.
“ Kate you don’t” he started to protest but Kate jumped in before he got to finish.
“ Gibbs we need someone in there. We can’t trust any of them. I go in undercover, get to know some of the girls and when we have what we need you guys come in and make the bust” she explained coolly. Gibbs still stared at her.
“ Its’ not that simple” he said in almost a whisper. The concern evident in his voice.
“ Yeah who’s going to believe you’re a striper” Tony said with a smirk, mainly to try and to lighten up the mood. Kate turned around to face him.
“ It’s called acting DiNozzo” she told him, not in the mood for his little games.
“ Besides whom else is going to do it” she continued.
“ There’s Abby” McGee piped up. He was met by three stares. Kate decided to save his ass.
“ She’s not a trained investigator” she pointed out.
“ What about another agent?” Tony asked sounding very sincere. He would love to see Kate acting like a striper but only if the circumstances were completely different.
“ Doesn’t know the case. Look I can do this. I may not feel comfortable doing it but it’s just another mission” she said, not to anyone inperticular. She wanted to make sure that they all knew she was willing to do it, well more Gibbs then Tony and McGee. They were all silent until Gibbs finally gave in.
“ Fine, but the second something feels wrong you get out of there, clear?”.
“ Yep” she nodded.
“ Now go see Abby for new I.D, then go shopping” Gibbs ordered.
“ Shopping?” Kate asked him confused. Gibbs looked at her and a small grin appeared across his face.
“ I’ve never seen a striper in a pin stripe suit” he said looking at her attire. Kate nodded.
“ Right” then headed for Abby’s lab. The three men stood there still starring at her waiting for the elevator.
“ Do you think she can do it boss?” Tony asked not looking at him. He took a deep breath before moving to his desk.
“ She can do” he said in a small voice. Tony and McGee turned to look at him. They had never seen their boss act like this with any other undercover op.
“ What’s worrying you?” Tony asked concerned
“ The fact that she is going to be in a strip club half naked” he said angrily. Tony and McGee looked at each other. Gibbs took another deep breath.
“ I need coffee” he said then left the squad room. McGee and Tony watched him walk away, they shared a look before going back to their respectful desks.

Kate was standing next to Abby at her computer making her new striper I.D.
“ So Scarlet Donovan, what the boss think of this?” Abby asked turning her attention to Kate and not her computer. Kate smiled at Abby’s use of her new name.
“ He’s fine with it. Even gave me the afternoon off to go shopping” she said with a little smile.
“ Really?” Abby asked in disbelief. Abby was the only one that knew about Kate and Gibbs’ relationship and hearing that Kate was going undercover as a striper, she knew Gibbs would have protested it majorly.
“ Yep” was all she got as a reply.
“ So there was no yelling or disagreements?” she asked trying to pry more information.
“ Some disagreement but no yelling. Why?” she asked Abby.
“ Maybe because his girlfriend just volunteered to go undercover in a strip club” Abby said without keeping the sarcasm out of her voice. Kate rolled her eyes and sighed.
“ It’s not that bad. They will be watching my every move and I can deal with difficult customers” she said not looking Abby in the face. Abby had to think about what she just said.
“ What? Have you done this before?” she asked in disbelief. Kate looked around the lab then back up to Abby.
“ For a month back in college. I was short on money and down to my last toilet roll. It was the only way I could get cash fats” she said in a small voice, still not making eye contact with Abby.
“ Why didn’t you ask your parents for money?” Abby asked.
“ Because they were paying for me to be there, don’t forget there were 5 of us that went through college”.
“ Does Gibbs know?” Abby asked.
“ No. You’re the only one that knows. It’s a part of my life I try to forget about” she said in a soft voice.
“ Don’t worry I won’t tell a soul. Just one question. Why do you want to do it?” she asked still confused as why she would volunteer to do something like this.
“ Because there is no one else who can. I know how to act and what we are looking for. I’ll be fine and as for Gibbs I’ll talk to him tonight” Kate said looking at Abby. Abby nodded.
“ Ok. Well your I.D is ready. I guess you can go shopping now” she said with a smile. Kate sighed, moved forward and gave her friend a hug.
“ Everything will be fine” she said then left the lab.

Kate got home after Gibbs, her hands full of shopping bags. She had to buy a whole new wardrobe to carry out this mission. Kate dropped the bags on the dining room table. She put her keys on the kitchen bench. The only light that was on was the one down in the basement. She knew he was down there trying to deal with her new ‘job’. She took her shoes off on her way past the bedroom. She stood at the top of the stairs and took a deep breath before making her way down the stairs. She could hear him sanding a panel on his boat. She reached the bottom and he still hadn’t noticed her.
“ Is that all you’ve been doing since you left work?” she asked and he finally looked up at her. He gave her a small smile before continuing his work. She made her way over to him and took the tool from his hands and placed it on the bench just behind him. She then grabbed his hands in her.
“ I think we need to talk” she said. He looked up into her eyes, a silent agreement.
“ I know you don’t like the idea of me being in that club but it’s the only way to stop whoever they are. You will have all the security you can on me so nothing is going to happen” she said, thinking that was what he was worried about.
“ It’s not just that” he says in a small tone. She watched him as he let’s go of her hands and sits down on a stool in front of the work bench. He hangs his head then starts to explain.
“ It’s not just that. The fact that you will be in there, wearing practically nothing for other men to see. I don’t like it. You’re for my eyes and hands only” he said in a small voice. She had no idea he felt that way. She thought he was worried about her safety more than anything. She walked over to him. He didn’t look at her.
“ Hey” she said lifting his head to look at her.
“ This is only for you. What everyone else will be seeing is Scarlet Donovan” she said, hoping to lift the mood, it didn’t work to well.
“ Kate it’s not some joke” he said seriously. She thought he was about to start yelling at her. She took a deep breath and when he didn’t continue she knew it was her turn. She stepped closer to him and then got up on his lap and wrapped he arms around his neck. She kissed his cheek before speaking.
“ I know this is hard on you but trust me it will be all over before you know it. Try not to think about it ok” she said softly. He nodded his head but still didn’t say anything.
“ If anyone gets to touchy I’ll deal with them ok. Don’t worry about me I’ll be fine. Will you be?” she asked him. He took a deep breath before answering her.
“ I’m not ok with you doing this. You are the best one to do the job. I just hate the thought that all those men are going to be seeing you half naked. Not to mention DiNozzo and Fornell seeing you like that” he said. He finally looked at her. She could have cried at the expression on his face. She pulled him close and hugged him tight. He buried his head in her hair. He breathed in the smell of her hair. He didn’t want to let her go. He didn’t want anyone else to see her so exposed. He wanted to lock her away and have her all to himself. But that would be selfish. He didn’t care.
“ Please forgive me” she whispered. Gibbs pulled back and saw the tears that had started to fall.
“ Hey it’s ok. You haven’t done anything wrong” he tried reassure her.
“ Not yet” she said wiping away the tears. Gibbs pulled her back to him.
“ You’re not going to sleep with any of them. Like you said it’s a mission not a career changed. You don’t have to do it if you don’t want to” he said softly as he stroked her hair.
“ I have to, I already explained that. I just want it to be over and I don’t want you to hate me for it” she told him pulling away from him.
“ I could never hate you, I love you too much” he said then wiped away the single tear that fell. A small smile showed on her face and he knew he had made her feel better.
“ I love you too” she said then kissed him. He held her tight against him not wanting to let go her. Then a thought crossed his mind.
“ So, are you going to show me what you bought?”.

Day 1.
Kate had arrived at NCIS HQ in her new car, from her knew apartment, in her new wardrobe. She entered the squad room and found Gibbs, Tony, McGee, Fornell and his two Agents standing around discussing their jobs.
“ Here she is. Why don’t you take that coat off and show us what you got going on under there” Tony said with a smirk, which was gone when Kate elbowed him in the ribs.
“ Ok well I’m ready, how about you guys?” she asked looking at Gibbs then Fornell.
“ Everyone has their orders. McGee has taped into the security cameras, Abby has fitted all your bras with cameras so we have plenty of eyes in the club” Gibbs explained.
“ I will have an agent in every night sitting here” Fornell informed her, bringing up a picture of the club and pointed to a vacant seat and table. Kate nodded.
“ Ok looks like everything is set to go” Kate said with a sigh. She was afraid of this day and it was finally here. Gibbs didn’t look at anyone as he walked out behind his desk.
“ Kate, a word” he said as he walked past her. Kate followed him out of the squad room and over near the window. They stood facing each other.
“ Everything ok?” she asked him. He gave a small nod.
“ I just wanted to make sure you’re still ok with this”. She could not only hear the real concern in his voice but also see it in his eyes.
“ Jethro I’m fine. I have the best team as my back-up and you will be here watching my back. I’ll be fine” she tried to reassure him. She couldn’t help but reach out and grab his hand.
In the squad room everyone else were watching Kate and Gibbs.
“ Hey Fornell, do you know if there is anything going on between Kate and Gibbs?” Tony asked, not looking away from the two in case he missed something.
“ DiNartzo, I’m FBI. If I wasn’t already on this case I wouldn’t even be here, so what makes you think Gibbs would share his private life with me” he stated. Tony nodded.
“ Good point”. Fornell made his way over to Gibbs and Kate.
“ Agent Todd when you’re ready” he said. Kate turned to look at him and nodded.
“ Yep”. The others headed for the elevator, waiting on Kate. She turned back to Gibbs.
“ Stay safe” he told her.
“ Always” she smiled. Gibbs looked at the other then back at Kate. He wasn’t one to show affection in front of his co-workers but he didn’t care. Kate was going undercover as a stripper and he didn’t know when he would get to see her or hold her again. He pulled her into him, cupped her face with his hands and kissed her. It was a slow, deep, gentle kiss. One that said I love you and will protect you. They finally broke and Kate looked up at him and smiled. She gave him another quick kiss then turned to join the others. She made it into the elevator just as the doors closed. She was standing next to Tony and had McGee behind her.
“ Did that answer your question Tony” McGee said as he saw Tony looking at Kate. A grin spread across Tony face.
“ So Kate” he stared, but Kate didn’t let him finish.
“ Tony if you want to live I suggest you keep your mouth shut” she threatened. She heard McGee laugh behind her, but didn’t care.
Tony and McGee dropped Kate out the back of the club before taking up their positions outside the club. McGee set up the monitor in the car so they could see what was going on in the club. Fornell and the other agent in the third car also had one set up. When Kate walked into the club she was met by a very tall blonde.
“ You must be Scarlet” she said with a smile. Kate returned her smile.
“ Yep that’s me”. The blonde motioned her to come further into the back room. It was brightly lit and where mirrors and dressing table along the back wall.
“ I’m Gina and this is Tina, Suzie, Megan and JoJo. The other girls will be in later” Gina introduced Kate to the other girls who were getting ready.
“ So have you ever done anything like this before?” Tina asked as she applied glitter to her bare skin.
“ Yeah I, not that along ago actually” she said remembering what Abby had put as her work background.
“ So what brings you here?” another girl, Suzie, asks.
“ I got caught up in something back home, got told to come here and try my luck” Kate answered with a smile and a shrug. Gina smiled back at her.
“ Well you definitely chose the right place . Now let me show you your desk” Gina led Kate down the other side of the room. Gina stopped and pointed to an over-crowded coat rack.
“ You can leave your coat here”. Gina then turned and motioned to a mirror and dresser that was empty except the lights that surrounded the mirror.
“ We all share make-up, perfume and everything else so don’t be afraid to use what you need”. Kate nodded.
“ Sure. So is there anything I should watch out for?” she asked.
“ Not really. Some of the boys can get a bit touchy so just put them in their place, after all you are the boss out there”. Kate smiled.
“ Don’t worry, I’ve had my fair share of groper”. Gina gave a little laugh.
“ I’m sure you have. So just get change and I’ll show you how we run things here” .
“ Sure no problem”. Gina walked away and went to get ready along with the other girls. Kate took off her coat and hung it up behind her before sitting down and re-applying make-up. She re-did her hair. She checked herself in the mirror and adjusted her bra. She got up and made her way to the other girls and in full view of the security cameras.
“ Wow the boys are going to go crazy over you” Gina said when she saw Kate. Kate blushed. Gina grabbed her rm.
“ Ok let’s go” she said as they headed for the doors. Tony and all the other agents were watching one everything on the monitors. They all had the same thoughts about Kate that Tony had, but it seemed that Tony forgot about the earwig in his ear and his boss listening to his every word.
“ Wow Katie is hot. I always imagined what she would look like, but that is so much better” he said keeping his eyes on the monitor. A voice sounded through his ear.
“ DiNozzo keep your thoughts to yourself” Gibbs said in an angered tone. Tony was talking about his girlfriend and co-worker after all.
“ Yes boss, sorry” Tony said quickly. McGee couldn’t help but chuckle.
Kate was standing next to Gina and a younger girl named Tiffany. She could hear people arriving and the music start up.
“ You ready to show us what you got?” Gina asked. Kate smiled.
“ Absolutely”. She didn’t really want to do this at all. She would rather be at home, cuddles up next to Gibbs. Though on the other hand she wanted to show Tony what a real woman could do. She heard the announcer invite the girls out and she followed the rest of the girls. Kate’s heart was racing as she went to her designated pole and started dancing. This made her so uncomfortable, but she put all the thoughts to the back of her head and concentrated on the music and got into a rhythm.
“ You would think she has done this before” Tony commented as he watched the monitor. It should the stage and the poles from different angles.
“ Tony it’s called acting. She is just mimicking the other girls” McGee pointed out. A voice came over their earwigs.
“ Gibbs, Agent is in place” Fornell’s voice said. All eyes were on the monitor as they saw the FBI agent take up the reserved seat with a drink in his hand.
“ Keep your eyes on the tall one” they heard Gibbs’ voice. McGee taped on his laptop before he spoke.
“ Gina Mathews. Been here for five years did some time for possession boss” McGee informed him.
“ Fornell, your boy keeps his eyes on her and off Kate” Gibbs said as he watched Kate dance from the camera in the FBI’s glasses.
“ Gibbs he will do his job and you focus on yours. We need to get a sailor in there to get their attention” Fornell said.
“ Not yet” they all heard Gibbs say. An hour later McGee spotted something.
“ Boss, look at Kate’s camera. Gina is taking someone to a private room”. Tony gave a small laugh.
“ Private dances McGee, that’s where they make their money”. They heard Gibbs’ voice.
“ Or kill our sailors”. They all focused back on their screens.
“ Kate can really move those hips” Tony commented entranced by Kate’s dancing.
“ DiNozzo” Gibbs barked once again.
“ Right sorry boss” he said once again.
It was a long night and soon it was over. Kate went back to her dresser and started to take her make-up off when Gins walked in.
“ Newbie cleaned up good. They loved you Scarlet” she said handing Kate and envelop with Scarlet written on it.
“ New blood, they always go crazy” Tina commented.
“ So I did ok? I kind of felt a bit rusty” Kate said with a small smile.
“ You were hot” JoJo said as she looked Kate up and down. That made Kate a bit uncomfortable and she was sure Tony would have seen that.
“ You keep this up and you will go straight to the top” Gina told her. The rest of the girls started to get changed and head home.
“ Meaning I can do private dances?” she asked.
“ You like he one on one dancing?” Gina asked with a broad smile. Kate nodded
“ Yeah. I always felt like I could tease them more. It used to be my specialty” she told Gina as she slipped her coat on.
“ Oh really. Well we might have to try you out. Go home, get some rest ready for tomorrow” Gina said with a smile. Kate nodded. She waved goodbye to the remaining girls and headed out the back of the club and to her car. She drove alone to her new apartment building. It wasn’t the type of building she would have normally gone for but she was pretending to be a striper so she had to live like one. She opened her door, dropped her things and went straight for the shower, trying to wash the dirty feeling from her body. Once dried and dressed she went to bed. She closed her eyes but her sleep was momentarily interrupted when her ‘Scarlet’ phone started to ring. A smile spread across her face as only one person would be calling her on this phone.
“ You did good tonight” she heard his voice as soon as she picked up.
“ I know. I bet Tony couldn’t keep his mouth shut” she said with a laugh.
“ Let’s not talk about it” he told her. Kate knew he was uncomfortable with her doing this and she didn’t want to start a fight.
“ Ok I’m sorry. As soon as I can do a private dance this will all be over” she informed him.
“ We have to get you a sailor”.
“ Do you think DiNozzo will be up for it?” she asked in a teasing tone.
“ Kate” he said in a warning tone.
“ I’m serious. No one is going to believe McGee wants to be in a strip club, you and Fornell are too old and” Gibbs interrupted her.
“ Hey” he objected sounding hurt.
“ It’s the truth. Tony is the perfect role. Plus he is the second person I trust to protect me if anything was to go wrong” she told him.
“ Who’s the first?” he asked to her just statement.
“ You of course. I’ll let you know when Gina approaches me” she told him. She wanted to stay up all night and talk to him but she was exhausted.
“ Ok. Can I meet you for coffee?” he asked quickly. A smile spread across her face.
“ Sure”.
“ What time?” he asked. Kate looked at her clock now and did some working out.
“ 9:30?” she asked.
“ Great. I’ll see you then. Love you”.
“ Love you too” she replied then shut her phone. She rolled to her side and looked at the empty side of her bed. She let out a sigh and closed her eyes and settled into a deep sleep.

Kate woke at 8:45. She got up and hurriedly went through her closest to find some clothes. She pulled out a very short black skirt and a purple halter-neck top. She quickly brushed her hair, applied some make-up and left to head for the usual café. She walked in to see Gibbs already seated and waiting for her.
“ Morning” she said with a smile as she leaned down and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
“ Hey. Couldn’t you have covered up a bit more” he stated starring at her outfit. Kate smiled and sat down in front of the coffee Gibbs had already ordered for her.
“ Stripper remember. I have to act the part outside as well as at the club” she said then took a sip of her warm beverage.
“ I know I just don’t” he started but Kate stopped him before he could continue.
“ I know. So how is everything else going?” she asked as one of the waiters placed a plate with a thick piece of raisin toast in front of her. She smiled at Gibbs. He knew her so well.
“ Slow. I’ve got McGee and Abby going through the footage from last night in case we missed something. Don’t worry this will be all over soon” he said as he grabbed her free hand. She smiled up at him.
“ Shouldn’t I be telling you that” she looked past Gibbs and saw one of the girls from the club walk in. She retracted her hand from Gibbs’.
“ Crap” she said only loud enough for Gibbs to hear.
“ What?” he asked leaning forward.
“ It’s one of the girls. I’ll handle it. Hey Tiffany” she said with a happy smile on her face as the other woman came over.
“ Scarlet. I didn’t know you came here”.
“ I don’t. My uncle wanted to meet here” she gestured to Gibbs.
“ Uncle?” Tiffany asked looking at Gibbs.
“ Yeah, this is my uncle Jeffery. He’s in town for a week” she said with a smile starring into Gibbs’ big blue eyes.
“ Nice. So what do you think of Scarlets work?” Tiffany asked looking at Gibbs with a sweet smile. This made a fire rise inside of Kate. Was Tiffany flirting with him?
“ I think she could be doing something better with her time, but it pays the bills and if it makes her happy, I can’t complain” he said with a smile then looked at Kate.
“ That it does” Kate nodded, thankful that he played along.
“ Not only are you good looking, but you’re very supportive. You’re one lucky woman. Well I guess I will see you tonight” Tiffany said. Kate looked up at her with a kind smile.
“ Yeah, see you then”. Tiffany turned back to Gibbs.
“ Nice meeting you”.
“ You too” Gibbs said with a nod. Kate waved as Tiffany left then turned her attention back to the man opposite her.
“ Even a 25 year old finds you attractive” she said, a wide smile on her face.
“ So can I be your sailor?” he asked with hope in his voice. Kate gave him her sweetest smile and grabbed his hand again.
“ As much as I would love that, you yourself know that Tony would be better for the part”.
“ I know, I just don’t like the idea of him being so close to you while you’re like that” he said starring at their joined hands.
“ Neither do I. Believe me if he even thinks about touching me he will be dead” this made Gibbs chuckle and she smiled.
“ I should go I need to put some food into the apartment” she told him as she stood up.
“ Ok. I’ll call you” he told her as she leaned down and gave him a quick kiss on the lips.
“ Ok. Love you” she said standing up straight.
“ Love you too” he said as he watched her walk out of the café. He couldn’t help but notice some guys turn and watch her leave. He wanted to break their necks for even thinking about touching his Katie, but instead he finished his coffee and left.
Day 3.
It had been another long night at the club. Kate had just finished and was heading towards her dresser when Gina stopped her.
“ Scarlet, can I have a word?”.
“ Sure. Is everything alright?” she asked getting a little worried as she followed Gina into a small office-looking room.
“ Yes. I just wanted to tell you, that guy that you gave a lap dance to tonight is actually the manager of this place” Gina said with a smile. Kate’s mouth almost fell open. She knew of him but she didn’t know what he looked like, except for a few pixelated photos.
“ Dean Blake? That was Dean Blake? Wow I didn’t know he was that good looking” she said adding the last part for ‘Scarlets’ sake.
“ Yeah hard to believe. Anyway he told me he like your style and is willing to let you do a private dance tomorrow night” Gina said happily. Kate knew Gibbs wouldn’t be happy about this, but if it meant ending this whole thing then.
“ Are you serious? That’s wonderful” she exclaimed not hiding her excitement.
“ You have some real talent. But there is one thing I have to explain to you” Gina said now sounding a bit more serious.
“ Sure” Kate said. She wasn’t sure what Gina was going to tell her but her gut was telling her it was about sailors and overdosing them.
“ A ship of sailors has made port here for a week and are looking for a good time”. Kate smiled.
“ That’s where we come in”.
“ Yes. You job is to grab the first sailor you see and offer him a private dance. You bring him to the room on your left and then work your magic, then I’ll come in and finish him off”.
“ Great. I can’t wait” Kate said with a big smile. This meant this will be over in 24 hours, hopefully.
“ Great, see you tomorrow” with that Kate grabbed her coat and left the club. She pulled out her phone and pressed speed dial 1 and waited for the connection as she made her way ‘home’.
“ Hey” Kate greeted quickly.
“ Hi, so what did Gina say to you?” Gibbs asked.
“ That Tony better get his uniform dry cleaned for tomorrow night” she said light-heartedly.
“ What?” came Gibbs’ confused tone. She had to try not to laugh.
“ I have to give a private dance to the first sailor that walks into the club tomorrow night” she explained in more detail. He was quiet for a second.
“ Ok. Anything else?”.
“ She said she would come in and finish him off” she told him using Gina’s exact words
“ Literally. Ok I’ll get Tony ready as well as extra agents inside and out. This ends Tomorrow night”.
“ Couldn’t come quicker” she said as she pulled up into her vacant spot a her at her apartment building.
“ I know. Just keep it up ok” he said sound very tired and still concerned about her safety.
“ Yeah. Don’t worry he will look after me” she said referring to Tony, as she climbed the stairs to her apartment.
“ It’s not that I’m worried about”. Kate let out a sigh.
“ Get some sleep ok. I’ll be home tomorrow” she said. Hoping that her words were right.
“ Yeah, you to. Night”.
“ Night Jethro” with that she hung up and stepped inside her apartment and took up her usual routine before finally heading to bed.
Day 4.
Kate and Gina were waiting backstage to enter the club when the music started. Gina turned to look at Kate, who had a nervous look on her face.
“ You ready Starlet?” she asked using Kate’s stage name. Kate looked up at Gina and smiled.
“ More then you could imagine”. Gina nodded.
“ Good, now get out there and make them hungry” she said as she walked out into the club, music blaring. Kate made her way to her usual spot and made a quick survey of the room. She couldn’t spot any sailors yet, but it was still earlier.
Half an hour later Tony walked into the club, wide grin of his face. He had a black pair of glasses on which had a hidden camera so Gibbs and the fellow agents could see what was going on. Tony stopped at the bar to get a drink and survey his surroundings.
“ Hey, could I get a beer?” Tony called to the bar tender, who nodded.
“ Beer coming up” he replied. The bar tender quickly came back with an opened, chilled beer and handed it to Tony. He smiled a thanks.
“ Could you tell me which one of these girls like a man in uniform?” Tony asked with a grin as he looked among the girls that were dancing. He heard the bar tender chuckle.
“ That would be all of them, but if I were you I would go that brunette. She’s brand new and seems to be up for anything” he said pointing over to Kate.
“ My type of girl” Tony said looking in Kate’s direction.
“ So how long you stationed here?” the bartender asked.
“ In port for a week. May as well make the most of it. Thanks for the beer” he said then got off his stool and made his way over to a vacant seat over near Kate’s pole.
“ Tony, you have a visual?” Gibbs asked through his ear piece. A smirk came across Tony’s face as he got a full view of Kate in her skimpy black lace bra and thong set.
“ I sure do” he said slyly. Gibbs was watching the feed from Tony’s glasses.
“ Keep your hands to yourself” Gibbs reminded him.
“ Yes boss” he replied softly. Tony locked eyes with Kate and she took it as her signal to move in. She jumped down off her platform and sauntered over to Tony.
“ Hey sailor, looking for some fun?” she asked teasingly as she ran a gentle hand over his face and down the buttons of his uniform.
“ You bet” he said with a smile. Kate turned around and leaned back into Tony’s lap, her head back on his shoulder.
“ Good. Just waiting for a signal” she whispered into his ear for Gibbs to hear as well.
“ I can wait all night” Tony said with a cheeky grin as he went to put his hands on Kate’s hips.
“ DiNozzo , hands off” came Gibbs’ voice came through his ear. Kate looked over at Gina who nodded her head. Kate got up off Tony and grabbed his hand.
“ Come with me” she said with a smile.
“ Certainly” he agreed as he starred at her chest, then at her ass as he followed her into a room to their left. The room was red with a two seater, red lounge up against the wall. There were two entrances into the room, the front and back.
“ Sit” Kate ordered as she pushed him to the lounge. Gibbs saw the two entrances.
“ Fornell take the back, McGee the front. Braid follow them” Gibbs ordered. The FBI agent in the club, Braid, made his way slowly to the room as well. When he thought he was being watched he took the a spar seat near Tiffany’s pole.
Kate started her dance for Tony as the music started softy in the room.
“ Call me Star” she told him, more to keep their cover then for his pleasure.
“ Ok” he agreed through his big grin. Kate moved in between his legs again, running her hands over his chest and down to his legs, touching his body with hers as much as she could. Tony watched her mesmerized.
“ Do you like what you see?” she asked teasingly. Tony nodded not sure if his voice would work. He has never been attracted to Kate more then what he was now. If it wasn’t for her being his co-worker or his boss’ girlfriend her would want to take her home with him.
“ Very much Star” he finally spoke. Hi hands came up to grab her waist that she was teasing him with.
“ DiNozzo” Gibbs yelled through his ear piece. Tony’s body tensed and she knew what had happened. She straddled Tony’s lap and whispered in Tony’s ear.
“ Let him” she told Gibbs. She knew if Gibbs kept scaring Tony their cover would be blown. It had to look real. Tony hands came to sit on Kate’s hips.
“ Oh, he’s going to kill me” he whispered. She pulled back and grinded her hips down onto his with a devilish smile.
“ Relax or you will get us killed” she whispered. She grinded her hips into him again, this time she could have sworn she head him groan. She smiled to herself then got off him, turned around and he grabbed her ass as she danced and rubbed up against him.
“ In position” Fornell whispered. Tony heard it and gave a slight squeeze to Kate’s ass. This was the sign that it will all be over.
“ Go on my call” Gibbs told everyone. Kate’s hands started to run along Tony’s thighs and he was enjoying it a bit too much as he pulled her back onto him. Kate saw the back door open and Gina step in.
“ Can I join you, I just love a man in uniform” she said as she made her way over to the lounge. Kate got off him and made way for Gina. Tony looked from Kate to Gina with a grin on his face.
“ It’s my lucky night” he said.
“ In deed it is, don’t you think Star” Gina said with a grin at Kate.
“ Definitely” Kate said as she went back over to Tony with Gina. Gina stood to his left, while Kate was on her right.
“ Now just one question sailor, are you up for a real good time?” she teased him with a mischievous smile. She ran a delicate hand down his side, over his already enlarged groin and along his thigh.
“ Hell yes” Tony breathed. Kate stood there watching intently, trying to get in view of his glasses. She nodded when she saw Tony’s head turn towards her.
“ Go now” Gibbs ordered. The back entrance to the room burst open, Fornell and Agent Messina ran in guns drawn.
“ Federal Agents, don’t move”. Kate stepped away from Tony an Gina, while Gina stopped her torment on Tony and stood up.
“ What?” she looked confused.
“ Put your hands on your head” Messina ordered. Gina complied. The front door opened and Agent Braid walked in. He saw the situation under control, he walked up behind Gina, took out his cuffs and cuffed her.
“ We know you and Dean Blake have been dealing drugs out of this club” Fornell told her holstering his weapon.
“ A week ago a sailor was found dead after visiting this club” Kate said. Gina’s mouth dropped.
“ You were in on it?” she asked in dis belief.
“ Of course” Kate smiled. McGee’s voice came over everyone’s ear piece.
“ We have Baker”. Fornell smiled and ordered Braid to take Gina away. Tony finally got up off the lounge and looked over at Kate who was still only in a bra and G-string. Fornell walked up to the two.
“ Kate” he said. Kate turned to him.
“ Fornell”.
“ Here, you need it more than me” he said taking off his big jacket and handing it to her. Kate took it and looked at her attire.
“ Oh right, thanks” she said with a smile as she pulled it on.
“ Ok let’s get back” Fornell said looking at the three agents. They all nodded and headed out of the club.

Tony, McGee, Fornell and Kate stepped out of the elevator and headed for the squad room.
“ Oh my god Kate you’re ok” Abby said jumping up and down. Kate smiled at her excited friend.
“ Yeah I’m fine” she said as Abby threw her arms around her and hugged her tight.
“ Where’s Jethro?” Kate asked as Abby finally let her go.
“ Still in MTAC” Ducky told her with a smile.
“ Thanks Ducky” Kate said returning his smile as she turned to head up the stairs and into MTAC. When she entered she was met by the director.
“ Agent Todd” he greeted her.
“ Director” she said with a nod.
“ Good work” he said holding his hand out to her. She took it with a smile.
“ Thank you”.
“ Now go enjoy your weekend” he said.
“ I will”. The director left and Kate saw Gibbs still standing in front of the big screen. There was no one else in the room except him now. She walked up next to him. Gibbs turned to face her.
“ Nice jacket” he said with a smile as he took in her appearance.
“ It’s Fornell’s. Are you ok?” she asks.
“ Yeah” he says in a small voice. She could tell he wasn’t. She took a step closer to him and looked up into his eyes.
“ I’m sorry about Tony but I had to make it look real” she explained her actions.
“ I know” was all he said.
“ Go easy on him, after all it was my idea”.
“ I know but he had his hands on your ass” he stated. She took another step closer so she is finally touching him, she grabbed his hand.
“ Don’t get jealous” she said in a teasing tone. She didn’t know he was so serious about it until he finally snapped. He pulled his hand out of hers and stepped past her.
“ Don’t. It should have been me with my hands on my girlfriend’s ass” he shouted. She saw in his eyes how much it had hurt and angered him to watch what had happened.
“ Calm down Jethro. It was a one off thing. It is over now and the only hands that are going to be on me are yours” she said as she made her way over to him. His eyes soften at her words. She wrapped her arms around his waist.
“ Now let’s go home and enjoy our days off” she said with a small smile.
“ Ok” he said. She leaned up and kissed him. He hugged her tighter before they headed out of MTAC and down the stars towards the squad room, where they could hear Tony telling the others about his experience.
“ And then Gina walked in and I was like ‘wow DiNozzo you’re a lucky bastard’” he said with a chuckle. The others rolled their eyes at him. Gibbs and Kate entered the squad room, arms around each other.
“ If you don’t remove those images from your head, you will be a dead bastard” he said as he and Kate let go and he went to his desk to gather up his things. Kate did the same, slumping down in her seat and tearing of her stilettos with a sigh.
“ Right away boss” Tony said quickly, his relaxed persona instantly disappearing.
“ Fornell, what are you still doing here?” he asked looking at the FBI agent.
“ Checking up on you Gibbs” he said with a smile. Gibbs glared at him.
“ We have taken Mathews and Blake to HQ, hope you don’t mind”.
“ Not at all, as long as I get copies of their statements and a confession” he said. At this moment he didn’t really care. He just wanted to get home with Kate.
“ Of course Gibbs” he said with a smile. He started to walk out but stopped at Kate’s desk.
“ Agent Todd, my jacket if you wouldn’t mind” he said. She completely forgot she was wearing it. She stood up from her chair.
“ Uh sure” she said and took it off and handed it back to him. She was still only in her bra and G-string. She was so used to being in it she didn’t really notice until Gibbs cleared his throat and held out his own jacket towards her.
“ Kate”. She looked over at him and with a smile too his jacket and slipped it on.
“ Thanks” she said with a smile.
“ Everyone go home, rest. Enjoy your weekend” Gibbs announced as he went around his desk and stopped at Kate’s. She took his arm and they walked towards the elevator.
“ He is one lucky man” Tony commented as he, Abby and Ducky watched the happy couple.
“ One very happy man” Ducky stated with a smile. Abby joined in.
“ Uh two very happy people”. They continued to watch the couple as Gibbs scooped Kate up in his arms kissed her then stepped onto the elevator.
“ $20 they get hitched” Tony said. Abby and Ducky looked from the elevator then at Tony.
“ Deal”.
