Gibbs has an epiphany.

It hit him like a flood. So powerful he was nearly knocked off his feet.

He realized now what he'd known for years.

For decades.

Ever since the moment he had looked down into a pair of beautiful blue eyes.

He was in love.

He was in love with Ducky.

He was in love with his oldest and dearest friend.

All he had to do now was to tell Ducky.

To tell him that finally he returned Ducky's love in the way Ducky wanted him to.

Not all floods destroyed and caused devastation.

Finally, Leroy Jethro Gibbs was at peace.
