Chp. 1 A new leader

The office is fairly quite as Gibbs replacement and NCIS director Jenny Shepard step out of the elevator. DiNozzo, McGee, and Ziva stand as they reach the desks. "This is Alexis Brooks, your new lead investigator." Said Shepard. "Your desk is right there." Then the she leaves to let Alexis to settle in with her new team. Alexis Sits down at her desk as DiNozzo walks up with a box in his hands. "Here it's already programmed with my number." Said DiNozzo while Alexis was flipped through folders that were on her desk. "Really because I believe the director already gave me my phone" said Alexis. She then digs through her pockets and pulls the phone out. "Yup that's it," Said Alexis. "But you seriously need to work on better lines DiNozzo."
