The sqaud room was buzzing with chatter, when gibbs's phone rang,
"special agent Gibbs....where?....on it"
"Gear up we have a dead sailor"
everyone grabbed their NCIS issue sigs and badges and followed gibbs into the elevater.
when they got to the crime scene ducky was already there,
"time of death Duck??"
"between one and two hours ago, cause of death...he was shot"
"Ok Dinozzo take pictures, mcgee bag and tag, ziva look for any more evidence"
"yes boss" they all said in unison
"messy boss his bloods all over the place" tony mentioned
"yeah i had noticed Dinozzo" crime scenes usually involve lots of blood
"uh boss, I think you better look at this" ziva called only to find gibbs behind her in seconds
"theres a trail of blood leading away from here so it cant be his" she said as she looked at the dead sailor behind her
ziva started to follow the blood trail when she came to another body.....
but this one woke up and started running....ziva unholstered her gun and gave chase tackling the man to the ground and handcuffing him before forcing the man over to gibbs who shoved him into the back of the van and said "Dinozzo, with me the rest of you stay here and carry on"
"sure thing boss" Dinozzo replied as he got in the truck next to gibbs and strapped himself in.
when they got back to the navy yard gibbs took the suspect into interiagation tony stood and watched untill gibbs motioned him to come in.
tony opened the door and stood in the corner of the interagation room.
"so why did you kill him"
"i didnt"
tony knew gibbs would lie to make them confess
"we have your DNA allover the body"
"fine i killed him but i dont regret it"
the suspect started to get rowdy and started to stand up but tony stepped over and held him down but then the suspect started ony tony and punching him in the nose.
blood trickled out of tony's nose gibbs started getting angry as tony wiped the blood away
"i want answers WHY DID YOU KILL THE SAILOR"
"felt like it..."
gibbs signelled to tony to leave tony left and gibbs followed
"you ok Dinozzo"
"im ine oss" meant to be 'im fine boss'
"you dont sound fine go get yourself cleaned up"
