tony and gibbs had been working on a mission but unfourtunatly there cover had been blown....
tony sat in the corner thinking how they could escape and gibbs was searching for any way out when two men walked in one came over and grabbed tony and said
"how long can you watch him suffer agent gibbs"
gibbs looked uneasy but tony made no attempt to struggle or escape, one of the men injected tony with something and then let him go.
Then they left,
"DiNozzo dont move" gibbs warned
"yes boss ,but dont you think they were bluffing i mean i feel fine"
tony said as he headed to the corner, but he doubled over before he made it,
"shit" gibbs swore as he ran over to tony and lowered the younger man gently to the floor
" im fine boss just a twinge"
tony said strugling to get back up, but then he fell backwards holding his stomach and lay still.
"tony do you still have the knife i gave you?" gibbs asked
tony nodded and pointed to his belt, gibbs pulled the knife out and cut the buttons off of tonys expensive shirt
"boss!" tony moaned, but then a wave of pain hit him and he was silent
gibbs reached out a cool hand and palpated tonys stomach he could feel tonys muscles tensing when every wave of pain came, gibbs moved tony so the younger mans head was on his lap he stroked tonys hair
"boss.." tony croaked
"yeah DiNozzo?"
"it feels like my stomach's on fire it hurts so much boss, why are they doing this?"
"they want someone"
"who"tony croaked
"me...." gibbs said solemly
"dont go to them its my job boss im a federal agent everytime i walk out the door i could be drowned,shot,poisened its my job to put my life on the line boss"
"I know tony but i cant let you suffer like this" gibbs replied
"boss.. go ill be fine they wont kill me in one day Please escape boss otherwise i will be dieing for no reason" tony said then groaned and reached for his stomach....
gibbs looked at tony so pale...so weak...he wouldent last long
"NO DiNozzo i will NOT leave you" gibbs barked
tony jumped and then sat bolt upright and threw up all over the floor
"JESUS" tony said before he passed out, he could have sworn he felt gibbs stroke his hair.
