This title can be taken two ways. As the color, or breaking it down into Navy-a military branch of service. Then the color, blue. I meant it more this way because of the military connection, thought we all know Gibbs was not a Navy man. I had also thought about calling it "Dress Blues." But I am not sure if that term is even a military term. That, I think, if a cop term. But it would still apply, since they are Navy Cops. Long story short, I SERIOUSLY over-thought this title. But, anyway, I hope you enjoy.
