Author's Chapter Notes:
It's the way Gibbs says his name.
It's the way Gibbs says his name.

Magee

Not M'Gee, the way Tony says it as he cracks some joke or imparts some valuable token of information that almost always has subtext that runs along the lines of 'I'm-Gibbs'-second-in-command-and-don't-you-forget-it-probie.'

Ma-gee

Not the playful, sometimes annoyed way Abby says M'Gee, or the way Ducky's British syntax puts slight emphasis on the C.

Ma-gee

It's the way he drawls it out slightly, like he doesn't quite take Tim seriously.

Ma-gee

Ma-gee

The way Gibbs says Tony's name makes him shiver.

DiNozzo

DiNozzo

Loud of soft, it doesn't matter. Volume is of no consequence with a tone like *that*. Amusement, sometimes bellied by reprimand or a hint of worry, yet forceful and seductive at the same time. It's ownership.

It's the way Gibbs says his name.

Ma-gee

DiNozzo.

It's the way Gibbs says Tony's that makes Tim want him all the more.
