Since part four didn't actually have Gibbs and DiNozzo together, but merely reflecting on their last meeting and anticipating their next, I'm absolutely delighted that you still found it HOT! - Hopefully, after reading the next part, you'll find the 'temperature' rising!!! Paul is a truly nice guy who's feeling protective of his new friend and looking out for him. Initially I had only meant for him, Mark, James and Zach, to be club buddies, but I've a feeling that Paul is going to become more involved in the actual plot.

Summary: Gibbs knew he should have had acted on it since he meat Tony in Baltimore. Problem hereby is that until today he was to insecure about this part of his life because of what happened in the past. An agreement with Vance and an incident during a case are forcing him to step in and do what he should have done since.
